Pneumatic Hammer Machines

Pneumatic Hammer: The pneumatic hammer, also known as the Şahmerdan Machine, is the machine I have enjoyed working on the most to date. Why, you may ask? This machine, often referred to as a Power hammer, resembles making a car engine. After a laborious process of production, casting, selection of casting material, casting molds, clamps, design, honing, rectification, gasket, felt, segment lubrication system, superficial heat treatment, and all the meticulous follow-up processes, it produces a locomotive-like sound that captivates the soul.

Inventor: In my opinion, a mechanical genius in the 1850s, a German inventor, produced the first model in Germany. Our design process involved studying all the best pneumatic hammers in the world, bringing together their best features, and incorporating our own ideas to create a faster, stronger, more efficient machine. Special thanks to Ömer Gülüşen for his efforts in pneumatic hammer casting molds and match systems.

Features: Our superior pneumatic hammer, which can also be used as a forging press, was first preferred by the foreign country Romania. We owe a debt of gratitude to Mehmet Çetinkaya and our Sales Director for bringing our pneumatic hammer to our foreign customers. Changing the molds makes it seem like a different machine. To have this talented pneumatic machine that every workshop should have, please contact us.

Hammer Machines: Let me talk about the hammer machine we have started producing as Cengizler Mold Machine, which is actively operating. For 15 years, our company has been engaged in a process of collecting different molds such as forging edge flattening, sharpening, hammering, etc. in a single channel. And for this reason, it has been accepted as a milestone in our field. Historically and scientifically, its history dates back to the 1880s and was invented by a German inventor. Unfortunately, in the industrial field, Turkey has not developed itself enough and I am pleased to share these valuable information I have gained without benefiting from external influences. Our first founder, my late uncle Ahmet Faruk Cengiz, and Ferit Celal Cengiz encouraged me to do better. This process took 1 year. The features of 3 different brands in the market were combined into a single machine, and as a foundation, the most ergonomic piston, sturdy mechanism gears for faster and more powerful strikes, and a fast response time and years of stable operation guarantee were provided. I owe a debt of gratitude to all the customers who received and tested our machine. I extend my respect and love to our customers in Spain, Romania, Azerbaijan, Russia, Lebanon, Yemen, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Canada, UK, USA, and Bulgaria.
