It works with LPG and provides the daily heating need of your wrought-iron production. It’s in compatible with natural gas. .

Except for the electric motor, our machine is under the warranty of our company, Cengizler Wrought-Iron Ltd. Co., for 1 ( one) year.

Operation Principle : The flame mixed with the air provided by the ventilator connected to the electric motor, is sprayed on the iron with a high pressure; and the iron becomes white hot in a short time. This mixtures provides a high amount of LPG save.

The white hot iron can be formed easily in Screw Press ( Friction), Drop Forging or Crushing Machines.

It can contain 200 iron pieces (12x6) at the same time.

Its inner part is covered with fireproof bricks to orovide heat save.
