2️⃣ EXPORT (INTERNATIONAL) SALES

All sales made to the countries listed below are considered export sales:

United States, Angola, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Brazil, Algeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Morocco, Philippines, Finland, France, Ghana, Guatemala, South Africa, Georgia, India, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Japan, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kuwait, Lebanon, Hungary, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Mozambique, Myanmar (Burma), Egypt, Nepal, Nigeria, Nicaragua, Norway, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Singapore, Slovakia, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, Thailand, Taiwan, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, Oman, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam, New Zealand, Greece, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Czechia, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Ireland, Spain, Israel, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Chile, Germany.

Returns are only possible for new or defective products. Non-standard productions (custom size, custom design, or special orders) are not eligible for return. If a product is defective or has a manufacturing fault, it can be replaced. Only unused products are eligible for replacement. After delivery, a maximum return period of sixty one (61) days is granted.

• For all exports, customs duties and import taxes are charged to the buyer.
• Return requests are valid only upon approval by CENGİZLER DEMİR SAC MÜHENDİSLİK İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ.
• Shipping costs are entirely borne by the buyer, and a 30% deduction is applied to returned products.
• Customized or non-standard products are not eligible for return.

• The main steel structure and electrical components are excluded from the warranty.
• Parts subject to wear due to use are not covered by warranty.
• All spare parts, whether under warranty or not, are shipped for a fee.
• For on-site service or installation, all expenses including flight, visa, travel, accommodation, and meals are borne by the buyer. On-site installation service is charged separately.
