This PLC-upgraded scroll bending machine takes our entry-level scroll bender and adds a Switch + PLC screen system with 20-bend memory storage, letting operators save and recall bending settings instead of resetting the angle manually for every job. As a wrought iron bending machine, it bends 6×6 to 18×18 mm bar and 10×3 to 40×10 mm flat sections, cold or hot up to 50×10 mm, plus 10-12 cm rings — a wider material range than the base model, backed by a stronger 2.2 kW motor.

💾 20-PROGRAM PLC MEMORY

As a genuine metal scroll bender with PLC memory, it stores up to 20 different bend settings, so switching between recurring jobs doesn't mean re-entering the bend angle from scratch each time.

🔧 WIDER MATERIAL RANGE

This scroll forming bender handles thicker and wider material than our entry-level model — up to 50×10 mm hot — giving it more headroom for heavier decorative sections.

Weighing 350 kg and reaching 500 bends per hour with 6 dies included, this ornamental iron bending tool is the practical step-up model for workshops that have outgrown switch-only operation but don't yet need our largest multi-shape machines.
