This servo-driven scroll bending machine is a twin-head machine: it curls both ends of a straight iron bar inward at the same time, snail-shell style, forming the classic "C" shape scroll — one of the most fundamental shapes in wrought iron work. It can process three straight bars simultaneously, turning out three finished C-model scrolls at once, in material up to 6 mm thick.

⚙️ TWIN-HEAD BENDING

Both ends of each bar are bent inward at the same time, so a single cycle produces a complete, symmetrical "C" scroll — no need to bend one end, then flip and bend the other.

⚡ 3 BARS AT ONCE

With 3 bars processed simultaneously and a Switch + PLC screen for angle control, this C-model scroll bender reaches 1,500 bends per hour — ideal for volume scrollwork production.

Powered by a 380V, 4 kW motor with a KRM series conical gear reducer, and weighing 600 kg, this scroll bending machine is engineered for continuous daily workshop use.
