This 2-in-1 twisting and ring making machine combines two distinct wrought iron operations in a single, economical unit. Using 12-24mm square bar, the 10cm-12cm dies form the bar into finished rings, while the same machine can also apply a twist to any section of a 6-meter iron bar — a genuine combination twisting and ring machine rather than two separate pieces of equipment taking up separate floor space. Every machine ships with a cutting and bending adjustment table included, and in designing it, we studied the machine designs of the German company Glaser, which is exactly the kind of reference point you'd expect behind a well-engineered German-inspired wrought iron ring machine.

Using the included 10cm and 12cm dies, this wrought iron ring making machine turns square bar from 10×10mm up to 24×24mm into finished rings, with different die sizes available to produce larger or smaller rings as needed.

🌀 TWISTING ON ANY SECTION

As a twisting and ring forming machine, it can apply a twist to any point along a 6-meter length of iron, not just the ends — giving far more design flexibility than a fixed-position twisting tool.

Powered by a 4 kW motor with conical gear reduction and fully automated after initial setup, this automatic ring production machine reaches a capacity of roughly 4,800 rings and 960 twisting operations per 8-hour shift — a fast, practical, effective production environment throughout the day once the initial configuration is complete.
