As the first and simplest model in our end-forging lineup, this entry-level end crushing machine gives workshops an affordable way to get started with fishtail end crushing without the higher cost of our larger multi-function units, while still delivering the reliability workshops need for daily production. It stands out as a genuine hot and cold end crushing machine, capable of crushing cold material up to 8 mm thick and hot material up to 12 mm thick on the same unit, which means a single machine can cover both cold-working jobs during the day and hot-forging work whenever the shop's furnace is already running, rather than needing two separate machines split by material temperature.

⚙️ ECCENTRIC MOLD DESIGN

Unlike a conventional basic end forging machine, this eccentric mold end forging machine uses a redesigned cam-mounted mold rather than a fixed die, letting you use almost the entire surface of the mold instead of wearing out one small contact point.

♻️ LONGER MOLD LIFE

When the point where the two molds meet eventually wears down, this long-life mold forging machine only needs the cam holding the mold rotated or replaced — not an entirely new mold — cutting ongoing tooling costs significantly.
