This fishtail end forging machine uses two gear-driven, synchronized angled molds to taper the ends of hot iron into a chisel-like fishtail point. It processes flat (rectangular) bar, square bar, or round bar — with a maximum flat bar width of 60 mm and a maximum material thickness or diameter of 18 mm.

⚙️ GEARED TWIN-MOLD DESIGN

Two synchronized, angled molds driven by gears shape both sides of the heated iron end simultaneously, producing a clean, consistent fishtail forging every cycle.

🔩 FLAT, SQUARE & ROUND BAR

Works with flat bar up to 60 mm wide, or square/round bar up to 18 mm thick/in diameter — one machine covers multiple stock types.

Iron must be heated before processing, using either induction heating or a furnace. Powered by a 380V, 4 kW motor at 32 RPM, and weighing 450 kg, this hot end forging machine is built for consistent daily workshop use.
