This compact cold rolling machine is the right starting point for workshops that don't yet need the industrial-scale output of our heavy-duty 30kW model. Built on a compact 400 kg body around a 4 kW motor and helical gear reducer, this entry-level cold rolling machine still cold-rolls the same profile range as our larger unit — up to 100×100 mm — just at a lower daily throughput suited to smaller workshops rather than continuous industrial production lines.

At 400 kg and with a smaller 4 kW motor, this compact wrought iron rolling machine costs significantly less to acquire than our heavy-duty 30kW model, making it the practical entry point for a small workshop cold rolling machine setup.

Unlike our larger models, this new and used cold rolling machine is regularly available as a refurbished, second-hand unit as well as brand new — message us on WhatsApp for current second-hand stock and pricing.

Just like our larger models, this machine uses German steel mold rolling machine tooling, heat-treated and vacuum quenched for a mold lifetime of roughly 250 tons, and ships with your choice of one free 4-mold set (blade, wipe + square, or profile). Once switched from manual setup (10-15 minutes) into automatic mode, it processes a 6-meter profile or bar every 8 seconds, unattended.

When necessary, Cengizler Machinery Company sends a technician to solve the problems. The customer is responsible for the technician's travel, accommodation, meals, daily allowance, and the transportation cost of the necessary spare parts.
