As a servo cold rolling profile machine, its 12 kW motor running at 52 RPM cold-rolls square and rectangular profiles up to 80×80 mm, and because it's fully programmable, operators can adjust rolling speed on the fly to match different profile sizes and material conditions rather than running everything at one fixed rate.

The biggest advantage of this square and rectangular profile rolling machine is that the same mold set processes every rectangular and square dimension in the range without needing to swap molds between jobs, unlike simpler planetary gear reducer rolling machine designs that require a mold change for each new profile size.

From 20×20 mm up to 100×100 mm, including common in-between sizes like 40×60 mm and 60×80 mm, this programmable cold rolling machine covers 15 different profile dimensions with a minimum cold-rolling thickness of 1.5 mm.
