Instead of a craftsman hand-hammering each collar shut one at a time, our collar clamp closing machine uses a 1.5 kW hydraulic power unit and a set of four interchangeable dies, covering collar diameters of 12mm, 18mm, 24mm, and 36mm, to close each collar quickly, consistently, and with the same tight, professional finish every time, whether it's closing a handful of collars on a small gate or hundreds across a full production run of decorative panels.

Every weld joint collar clamp closed on this machine serves two purposes at once: structurally reinforcing the connection at that joint, and visually finishing it, since the closed collar covers the weld itself and gives the piece a traditionally hand-forged look even though the joining and finishing process has been fully mechanized.
