Cengizler produces its own embossing roller mold sets in-house, machining each cold rolling pattern mold from 1.2379 German steel and then heat-treating and vacuum-treating it so that the finished mold holds its sharp edges and fine detail through many thousands of production cycles, rather than dulling or deforming the way a lower-grade, untreated die tends to after repeated use against hot or cold iron. Because every decorative iron pattern mold we make is produced to order rather than pulled from a fixed catalog of shapes, workshops can bring us essentially any floral, geometric, or ornamental motif they want reproduced, and our tooling team will turn it into a fully functional custom wrought iron mold ready to be mounted on a cold rolling or embossing line, whether that pattern is meant for gates, fences, furniture, or one-off architectural commissions where a unique look matters as much as durability.
