The wrought iron cold rolling machine has a sturdy body weighing approximately 2000 kg. The smallest motor we use is 30 kW, and with the combination of a helical gear reducer, you can roll tons of iron for hours without getting tired or overheating. In the new design of our machine, dimensions up to 100 × 100 millimeters can be cold rolled. It is designed for industrial large-scale production. For the initial setup of the machine, once the electrical system is set to manual mode, you can adjust everything within approximately ten to fifteen minutes. Then, in automatic mode, the machine operates continuously, allowing you to process a 6-meter-long profile or iron every 8 seconds. The molds used in the machine are made of special steel of German production. The total lifespan of a set of molds is approximately 250 tons. The reason you can achieve such high tonnages with the molds is that they undergo a very robust heat treatment and vacuum quenching processes. In addition to the molds that come with the machine, you can also choose from patterned models as an extra option. Please contact us for all these extra patterned molds. Different motor combinations and speed control units are optionally available for the machine.

When necessary, Cengizler Machinery Company sends a technician to solve the problems. The customer is responsible for the technician's travel, accommodation, meals, daily allowance, and the transportation cost of the necessary spare parts.
