This decorative casting line produces cast iron accessories for ornamental ironwork through a two-stage process: sand molds are prepared first, then molten iron from an induction melting furnace is poured in to form the final ornamental cast parts.

⚒️ STAGE 1: SAND MOLDING

Sand molds are prepared in the exact shape of the accessory being produced — brackets, finials, rosettes, and other decorative parts used throughout ornamental ironwork. Each mold can be reused across multiple casting cycles, keeping unit costs low for repeat production runs.

🔥 STAGE 2: INDUCTION MELTING

Raw iron is melted down in an induction melting furnace and poured into the prepared sand molds. Once cooled, the cast cast iron accessories are removed, cleaned, and ready for use in gates, fences, and other ornamental ironwork.
