This wrought iron cold rolling machine sits between our compact entry-level model and our 30kW heavy-duty unit, built on a roughly 1-ton body with a 7.5 kW motor (11 kW optional) and a helical gear reducer for continuous operation. As a genuine metal embossing machine, it cold-rolls dimensions up to 100×100 mm, supported by straightening balls and support points for consistent results, and once switched into automatic mode after a 10-15 minute setup, it processes a 6-meter profile every 8 seconds.

Unlike our other models where you choose one free set, this steel embossing machine ships with five: a rectangular + square set, a profile set, a line mold set, a square channel set, and a clamp strip set — covering a much broader range of jobs right out of the box.

🔩 SQUARE & FLAT BAR COVERAGE

As a genuine square bar embossing machine and flat bar embossing machine in one, its molds are heat-treated and vacuum quenched, with a working lifetime of roughly 250 tons before replacement. Patterned decorative molds are also available at extra cost.

Beyond flat and square stock, this pipe embossing machine and ornamental iron embossing machine also handles profile shapes for decorative wrought iron work. Mold economics: a 20×20 box profile mold is rated for 24,000 pieces, a 30×30 mold for 15,000 pieces, and typical mold lifetimes run 3-4 years — the molds effectively pay for the machine's cost twice over.
